Stephanie Roberts Stephanie’s vision in creating CoreBody Pilates + Yoga studio is to help clients align and define... for the body they want, the core strength they need, and the mobility they deserve, all in a comfortable and professional environment.
Stephanie believes that a clean, decorative studio offering certified instruction will help clients achieve their fitness goals feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after their Pilates or Yoga class.
With over 100 hours of STOTT Pilates training as well as continuous workshops and education, Stephanie is very pleased to have found the opportunity to open up her own studio in the heart of Edgemont Village to train people of all levels in the STOTT Pilates method.
