Balloties (Ballet + Pilates)
A blend of ballet + STOTT™ Pilates, using the ballet barre and Pilates mats, exercises are designed to strengthen dance technique by reinforcing the stability of the pelvic area, and abdominals. Focus is on challenging core stability and balance, as well as muscular strength emphasizing the inner thigh muscles with the use of floor resistance.
Cardio Funk
Cardio Funk combines Hip Hop, Jazz/Street Jazz, and African style to give you the cardio workout you need. As you dance to the latest street music and of course those oldies but goodies, this high energy form of street dancing is great exercise and tons of fun! Having dance and aerobics combined with cardiovascular conditioning and co-ordination in an
encouraging and non-intimidating atmosphere, you won't even notice what great exercise it is!
