Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy permits the following make-ups for all private, semi-private and group classes (all services):
• 1 make-up per 10 week mat session for all registered mat + reformer clients, no exceptions
• We can not guarantee reformer make-ups but can do so in a mat class where space is available
• To take your make up, please call 24 hours in advance with which class you have to miss & which class you’d like to make up, we appreciate the heads up so we can offer your spot to others too!

Late cancellations and missed bookings will be charged the full class fee. A late cancellation is anyone who cancels with less than 24 hours notice. For partner training, a client who cancels with less than 24 hours notice will be charged but the remaining client will still have their workout

Snow Policy

*If it snows over-night please call into our studio line 604-916-9335 to ensure your class is still running

*When it calls for heavy snow the night prior we will usually decide for 'early AM' classes to cancel them if we believe the roads will be icy and unsafe to drive (we will call clients to let you know the night prior) Early AM meaning 6am/7am classes..as it gets later in the day it usually warms up enough to drive....again check into our studio line to ensure your class is running

* Instructors will do their very best to make it to the studio in the snow, however, if the instructor can not make it in the class will be cancelled (we will try to contact clients to let them know) and the clients will receive a make-up to be used within that session

* When it snows and the instructor makes it into the studio, the classes will run. If clients choose not to come due to snow but the studio is open no make-up will be offered to clients who miss that class

Credits + Transfers + Refunds

CoreBody does Not issue refunds
Up to 4 classes in "credit" will be extended in specific personal health injuries, such as surgery
Up to 4 classes in "credit" will be extended in specific health-related reasons to Peapod Prenatal Pilates + Yoga clients on a case by case basis (e.g. you have been told by your doctor that you can not attend class)

Class cancellations for a group class received at least 7 working days prior to the start of class start date will receive a refund less $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations after this point are not accepted.

Exceptions to these policies will not be made. By registering for a class, you agree to adhere to these policies

Private + Semi-Private Training

Private + Semi-Private Training classes must be used within a 3 month period of time
24 hour bookings and cancellation is required – otherwise missed classes will be charged the full session fee

Reformer Group Classes

Groups consist of 3:1 or 6:2 client to instructor ratio
Groups run in 8 - 10 week sessions
No drop-ins available due to equipment capacity
24 hours bookings are accepted for reformer classes where there is room available
We can not guarantee reformer make-ups but can do so in a mat class where space is available

Monthly Payment Packages

Start billing in the 1st month and continue until the end of the chosen 6 or 10 month period
Any need to cancel this option must be made in writing, on CoreBody Cancellation forms 15 days prior to the next monthly billing date, no exceptions

Seasonal Flex Cards

Flex card holders are for mat classes only and must book into the appropriate level of class, please ask if you are unsure
Flex card holders must call 24 hours in advance to book their spot as flex cards are billed when space is booked

In some cases where there is a lot of room in a class it can be used like a drop-in card, we will confirm this at the time of purchase
Flex cards can be pre-booked but the 24 hour cancellation policy applies if canceling a booking
Flex cards are seasonal packages available each season (appox.16 wks)
Flex card holders can not transfer their card however, a family member can share a card as a family flex card
No refunds and no extensions will be issued.
Flex cards can be made out to families – as long as their names are on the card at the point of purchase and the same family name is used

Prenatal Classes ~ Peapod Pilates + Yoga

All clients must have consent from their doctors to participate within our prenatal classes
1 make-up per 16 week session
24 hour cancellation policy applies
We can not guarantee room in the peapod pilates classes but can offer a prenatal yoga class for your makeup
Credit will be extended only in specific health-related reasons to Peapod postnatal Pilates + Yoga clients on a case by case basis (e.g. you have been told by your doctor that you can not attend class)

Exceptions to these policies will not be made. By registering for a class, you agree to adhere to these policies
